Clients Under the Age of 18
*Required for any service:
1) MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN
2) MUST PROVIDE PHOTO IDENTIFICATION WITH PROOF OF AGE
3) LAST NAMES OF MINOR AND GUARDIAN MUST MATCH
(if not, a birth certificate or legal guardianship document must be present)
Tattoo Requirements:
1) Tattoos are not offered to Minors under the age of 16.
2) Tattoos on face, neck, hands, or on any area covered by swimsuit are not offered to minors.
3) Tattooers reserve the right to refuse service to minors
4) Parent must be present for duration of tattoo procedure
Piercing Requirements:
1) Ear lobe piercings 14 gauge and under are offered to minors of all ages
2) Ear cartilage piercings are offered to minors 14 and up
3) Nipple, Genital, Surface, and Microdermal piercings are NOT offered to minors of any age
4) Piercings larger than 10 gauge are NOT offered to minors of any age

A. IT IS UNLAWFUL TO INTENTIONALLY BRAND, SCARIFY, TATTOO OR PIERCE THE BODY OF A PERSON WHO IS UNDER FOURTEEN YEARS OF AGE. THIS SUBSECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO EAR PIERCING OR PROCEDURES PRESCRIBED BY A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER LICENSED PURSUANT TO TITLE 32.
B. IT IS UNLAWFUL TO TATTOO A PERSON WHO IS FOURTEEN, FIFTEEN, SIXTEEN, SEVENTEEN OR EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE WITHOUT THE PHYSICAL PRESENCE OF THAT PERSON'S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.
E. IT IS A DEFENSE TO A PROSECUTION FOR A VIOLATION OF SUBSECTION A OR B THAT THE PERSON REQUESTED AGE IDENTIFICATION AND RELIED IN GOOD FAITH ON THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE IDENTIFICATION.
